CRM & Technology Discovery

Are you looking for a new online platform to email your members, track donors, or simply identify your organization’s audience? Often, this is a constituent relationship manager (CRM) that can do this. It’s essentially a software platform that centralizes customer data, streamlines processes, and aims to improve constituent relationships, leading to increased engagement and retention.

CRM – Customer relationship managementFor a number of years, I have been helping non-profits select the right CRM or tech platform through a structured, three-part methodology. This helps you make an informed choice that is appropriate for your organization. I remove the guesswork and also help to decode the often mystifying language around CRMs. You’ll have the confidence in knowing you are making the right choice with me as your “in-house” expert. I work for you and don’t receive any compensation from the CRM companies.
